Our specialty

Big projects.
Small local labor pools.

We take care of all workforce housing, travel, and per diem.

Large projects can exceed the surrounding market’s labor capacity. We supply large supervised crews and manage their deployment logistics, including rural and remote jobsites, so the project team can stay focused on the work.

Finding beds, booking travel, and tracking per diem is a different job from the building. US Carpentry takes that on. The terms are set in the crew proposal, with the labor rates and the supervision.

Plan the deployment

Housing

We arrange and manage workforce accommodations. Where people stay, and how that lines up with the shift, is decided in the proposal.

Travel

We coordinate workforce travel and mobilization. Getting a large crew to a rural or remote job is planned with the start date.

Per diem

We handle per diem for deployed personnel. The basis sits in the crew proposal with the labor rates.

Leadership

Supervision coverage and site coordination travel with the crew. Leadership is matched to the assignment.

Workforce planning

Crew capacity that follows your construction schedule.

Major projects need a workforce plan that can evolve as work areas open, trades overlap, and priorities change. We shape crew deployment around the phase, scope, and duration of the assignment.
